Happy New Year!
Kathy:
Kudos on a great first issue for the New Year! I especially like the fact that you are not doing oddball things with the front cover. It has always irritated me to see a reverse-open ad spread incorporated into the front cover. A couple of times I have received my magazine in mutilated condition, with a note of apology from the postal service. The reverseopen cover has apparently been the culprit. Whenever I see one, I boycott the ad by not opening it. I permanently tape the ad spread shut in private protest.
Wishing you continued success, Dennis D. Shaw The Shaw Promotion Agency

“Women may not have $200 or $300 to go out and buy a lavish outfit, but they have a little bit of money to just change makeup slightly and keep up with some of the trends.”
E-mail me with the correct answer for a chance to win (we will draw a name)!
OOPS!
The following corrections relate to our mid-December New Products Preview issue:
• P. 62: The luggage tag from Glow Bright Products (asi/30985) is fluorescent, not LED.
• P. 71: The embroidered menu cover is from Carlson Craft Binder (asi/43923; 866-409-8949), not Carlson Craft Social (asi/43920). Each operates independently.
• P. 82: The MOVA globe pictured from KTI Networks (asi/63776) does rotate when touched by light, but does not light up.
